About

Small firm. Senior work. Close to implementation.

Xentropics® works where information, business and technology meet: strategy, architecture and engineering for information-rich organisations.

Company

Xentropics® is a consulting and engineering firm for organisations that need clear strategy, sound architecture and working digital infrastructure.

The work is concentrated in museums, libraries, archives, heritage and the performing arts, with a strong overlap into higher education and public administration.

The practical focus is translation: from policy to architecture, from architecture to implementation, and from implementation to maintainable services.

Founder

Xentropics® was founded by Jeroen Seeverens, consultant, engineer and interim manager. He has worked at the intersection of information management, digital strategy, business intelligence, data engineering and software solutions since the late 1990s.

Before founding Xentropics® in 2014, Jeroen held leadership and information management roles in the library, higher education, health care and public administration sectors, including executive director at Cubiss / Bibliotheekhuis Limburg and IT department manager and information manager at Maastricht University Library.
